Data we process

We only collect the data needed for the service:

• Orders: name, phone number, pick-up or delivery method, delivery address, notes, items, amount, date, status and payment method. For a business invoice: company name, VAT number and billing address.
• Customer account (optional): email address, creation and last sign-in dates, sign-in sessions, orders linked to the account, loyalty and referral benefits, recurring orders, reviews and messages from the business. You can also order without an account.
• Offers from the business: only if you agree, we keep your consent (date and accepted wording). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Sign-in email: your email address is passed to the Resend sending service only to send you your sign-in code.
• Security: limited technical data (attempt counters, error logs without order content) protects the service against abuse.

Why and on what legal basis

• Preparing, delivering and tracking your order (performance of the contract).
• Keeping the accounts and supporting documents (legal obligation).
• Managing your account, benefits and, if you turn them on, notifications (your request or consent).
• Sending you offers, only with your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
• Protecting the service against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

Who receives your data

Your data is never sold or rented. Only the following can access it:

These providers act on behalf of the business and may not use your data for their own purposes.

• the business and its staff, to handle orders;
• the technical host of the website and its database;
• Resend, to send sign-in emails;

How long we keep data

• Orders and accounting records: for the legal accounting retention period (in Belgium, in principle 7 years).
• Customer account: until it is deleted. After deletion, orders are kept without name, phone, email, address or notes.
• Sign-in codes: 24 hours at most. Sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
• Consent to offers: until you withdraw it or delete the account.

Cookies and storage on your device

• A session cookie, only if you sign in.
• A referral cookie, only if you open a referral link.
• Browser local storage for your cart, language and pick-up method.
• No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent. Contact the business using the details above.
